Garage Conversions Solihull is a trading name of FIXR SYSTEMS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 15889598. These terms cover this website and any work we quote for. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

How a job is agreed

Nothing is agreed until you have a written price and you say yes to it.

   We visit and talk it through

   We look at the garage and talk through what you want from the room. There is no obligation afterwards.

   You get the price in writing

   It covers the whole job and says what is included and what costs extra.

   You decide

   The quote says how long it stands for. Prices are not held open indefinitely, because materials move.

If something comes to light once work has started that changes the job, it is explained to you and agreed with you before anything that costs more is done.

Changing your mind

Because the work is agreed at your home rather than at business premises, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing it, without giving a reason.

If you ask for work to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you can still cancel, but you would pay for what had already been done by that point. If you would rather not have that risk, ask for the work to start after the 14 days are up.

Who does the work

Garage Conversions Solihull arranges your visit. The visit. The visit is the time to ask how long yours will take. They will contact you directly, and their name and details are on your quote.

The work must be done with reasonable care and skill, and to the description in your quote. Turning a garage into a room you live in needs building regulations approval, and the work is checked by building control.

We are responsible for loss or damage we cause. We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Prices on this website

Prices on this website include VAT. They are starting prices and typical ranges to help you plan. They are not a quote: your price is the written one you get for your garage.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Email enquiries@garageconversionssolihull.com and we will come back to you. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
